Entry Forms for the 2016 / 2017 Season

All clubs who want to enter the 2016/2017 Season must complete the forms and send the to the address listed, with appropriate fees, by 11th July 2016. Any clubs registering after that date will have additional costs and due to limit on entries may fail to be accommodated. Early entries are always advised

All clubs who participated in the 2015/2016 Season are advised to inform League General Secretary of their intention to withdraw if not entering the coming season.
